Our elections are reflections upon ourselves. Our society generally accepts deception; our elections—and even the rules themselves—are filled with it.
Too many laws seem to breed unnecessary complication and the courts have tended to support the current system—why not make elections simple, and beautiful?
Locally controlled, homegrown elections just might be possible. If we can imagine it, we can make it happen.
