Testimonial Sent to CD2 and CD4 Delegates/Alternates

Bret Bussman laid out his vision for the MNGOP if elected as Chair

Bret's rebuttal as to why MNGOP nominating committee denied an interview with him:

Ends at time mark 45

Bret was correct about MNGOP sent out the incorrect caucus script that said convener certified the PCT delegates and that's against the law, only PC could certify the delegates.

202A.18 CAUCUS, PROCEDURE

Subd 4 clearly state Announcement and certification of election results.

Upon completion of the counting of votes the chair shall announce the names of persons who are elected, and shall certify the names to the chair of the county or legislative district executive committee and to the chair of the state central committee.

I attended the caucus in person training with Anna Mathews and she never said anything. Once I learned about the amended statue, I pointed that out to Josh, the SD chair that the script had to be corrected. We were given the assurances that the correct form would be handed out on caucus night. That didn't happen and the wrong MNGOP's caucus script was in the package. I only had time to alert the conveners from OPH, Bayport, Scandia and May Twp. I didn't know if they followed through. I, myself crossed off the convener and wrote PC above it so STW TWP 1 delegates are properly certified. See the attachment.

At the May MNGOP convention I learned that Hann refused to seat the 200 OTC delegates because wrong form was used. The OTC delegates ratified the mistake and Wendy Phillip chaired their BPOU convention to fulfill the requirement for those delegates to be seated at the state convention. These people represent a big block of CD7 and they don't support RHINOS (Establishment) candidates and Hann was going to show them who's in control.

After the opposing sides of OTC delegates presented their case on stage at the May state convention, a few delegates around us said they didn't use the correct form either. I ventured to say a majority of the delegates didn't use the proper form and weren't properly certified. Therefore how could there be a two-tier system allowing one group to be seated and denied the other group. At the June BPOU meeting Josh said he would fix the problem so the PCT delegates would be properly certified and that still hasn't happened.

You want to go down the rabbit hole further, the following videos showed Anna Mathews wouldn't seat Larry Doose, a SCC delegate, who already paid the fee at the 5-2024 SCC meeting because she said Larry filed lawsuit against the MNGOP. That is a lie. Larry filed a lawsuit against David Hann, the person and not MNGOP, the party. To follow that the Sergeant at Arms threw out Ron, Larry's guest, out of the River Center. I saw the whole thing while I was waiting for my pass as Royce White's volunteer that night.

Erik Van Mechelen  captured the whole episode on YT (audio only):

Started in 2022 Hann used the same playbook with the Clay County delegates and got away with it. In 2023 Hann and his cronies injected non-elected PCT delegates into OTC (Otter Tail County) PCTs and laid the ground work to block the grassroots in 2024 OTC caucus. Hann himself and not the party MNGOP is still facing the lawsuits from the Clay County delegates and Larry Doose. Hann abuses his power to block grassroots delegates from attending meetings.

Go back to the Rumble video-truth hurts, go to time mark 33.28 and listen closely about Hann paying $30-40K to this 1972-10 group in WY and that the rest of the MNGOP executive members don't even know what that payment is for. Someone needs to push for transparency at the SCC meeting this weekend. Is there something more with this group? Is that why Hann is fighting tooth and nail to stay in power?? Question everything!!

At the May state convention Hann had 2 men at the microphones to make motion to adjoin the meeting and the convention ended abruptly. Zack was able to catch up to the wife of one of the men asking her how much did they get pay to make that motion to adjoin. She got angry and ran away. The same playbook may be used again. Be aware!!

Aaron Ferris will be chairing the SCC meeting this weekend. He broke multiple rules to deny Wendy Phillip due process to remove her from the CD1 executive board simply because she did the right thing to help the OTC grassroots delegates.

I encourage you to do the research so you can make the right decisions to elect a grassroot chair to clean up the corruption in our own back yard.

Thank you for all you do.

I will pray that God will give you the guidance you need this weekend.
