Minneapolis, 18 days without a response

Previously sent this request (Oct 13, 2022) for discussion on Minneapolis's recently re-approved contract with Konnech, whose CEO Eugene Yu was recently arrested.

See attached PDF slideshow for highlights of concerns. Detroit already terminated its contract.

I would like to know where the public can participate in ongoing discussions related to the appropriateness of Minneapolis's relationship with Konnech.

Public needs to know commissioners and city councils are responsive to known data breaches by contracted parties (Konnech) especially given that as far as I know the relationship still exists and could affect upcoming election.
