Admitted: KNOWiNK Portal has access to precinct-level data
Portal through KNOWiNK iPads can access election day precinct data.
In a 30-minute pitch praising KNOWiNK and electronic poll pads in general, the elections manager of Anoka County admitted Wednesday night (1/29/2024) that there is a portal through KNOWiNK that can access election data at precinct level during election day.
What else can be viewed through that portal by the auditor, or anyone else with access?
Is real-time modification of records available, beyond merely reconciling absentee?
KNOWiNK is a 3rd-party company with origins similar in my opinion to Lifelog, which later became Facebook, but was originally a DARPA program, which was quite effective in manipulating entire swathes of society through subtle programming and addictive 'feeds'.
